Commercial Finance Business Partner

The details
This acquisitive, PE backed business has more than doubled in size over the past 5 years whilst growing their team to 250 in the UK. Whilst continuing to add to their Group through M&A, they are also looking to strengthen their finance team as they add a newly created role.
Reporting into the Head of Commercial, you will join a small team and business partner across the company supporting their future development plans. Additional responsibilities include:
- Business Partnering with the commercial functions providing insight through clear and accurate variance analysis for the UK and International markets, highlighting trends, challenges and business risks and opportunities.
- Evaluation of pricing and distribution opportunities in the UK
- Provide key inputs into the commercial forecasts and finalising and providing commentary for period end and board reporting
- Establishes regular weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, prepares ad-hoc financial estimates, budgets, and analyses with clear insight and commentary for board reporting.
- Provides input to the development of long-range financial forecasts and related budgets, considering alternative scenarios and economic prospects as appropriate.
- Support with M&A business integration
- Support with financial planning and modelling as required to support business projects
To be considered for this position you must be fully qualified with proved success in a business partnering role, ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience working in an SME / PE backed business would be advantageous.
