Finance Assistant - Reading (onsite) - Temporary - £15 to £20 per hour - Free parking on site

Finance Assistant role dealing with purchase orders, administration of the finance in box, invoice posting, payment runs, staff expenses and so on.

A well known name in the education sector in the local Reading area, our clients have big expansion plans for this year.

Please note due to the nature of the systems being used this role requires you on site 5 days a week, working days are 7.5 hour days.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Dealing with Purchase Orders
  • Invoice processing
  • Payment Runs
  • Manage the processing of staff expenses
  • Administration of the Finance in box
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records



Qualifications and Skills:

  • AAT qualification would be great but not a must have
  • Previous experience in a finance-related role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
