We are actively seeking a Transactional Finance Manager for a well established company in Bolton.

The main duties include:

• Take ownership of all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash functions
• Managing, motivating and developing the Transactional Finance Team, encouraging a high performing, collaborative culture.
• Review current processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with teams across the business to implement new processes or systems.
• Ensure invoices, expenses and payments are raised or processed accurately, paid on time and matched to banks and ledgers.
• Oversee the smooth running of the payment run, and reconciliation of ledgers
• Oversee the aged debtor book ensuring that accounts are kept up to date.
• Manage and adhere to the month-end deadlines, ensuring all tasks across transactional finance are completed on time
• Develop and report on KPIs
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders
• Prepare cashflow forecasts and support the FC with budgets/forecasts
• Support the FC with month end analysis/commentary

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

• Transactional Finance Manager experience
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience
• Good Excel skills
• Excellent people management skills
